A team of highly experienced support engineers, armed with the latest Help desk ticketing, issue tracking and diagnosis tools, able to provide 1st level thru 3rd level desktop, server and application support. We support all core Microsoft products along with a wide range of additional applications and technologies.
Network Operations Centre
Continually monitoring the full spectrum of your IT infrastructure, from the data centre across your entire network, right to your desktops, 24x7. Alerts are fully integrated with our service desk team for rapid diagnosis and resolution of issues.
Data centre Co-location and hosting:
For clients wishing to house their infrastructure in a managed data centre, First Focus provides a co-location environment spanning 2 geographically diverse data centres. This environment gives you access to a range of value added infrastructure including: Managed remote backup and disaster recovery services, Web Hosting, Domain Hosting and Anti-Spam solutions, and even “IT by the month” Cloud computing solutions.
Data Networks:
Our redundant BGP routing core is interconnected with a range of carriers are including Telstra, Optus, AAPT, and Powertel, and linked to our national fibre-optic Network. This enables us to provide fully managed MPLS and IPSEC VPN solutions, fully integrated with our Managed Services System to deliver true end to end solutions.
