Is First Focus Insured for the work you perform?
Yes. First Focus currently has a minimum of $1M Professional Indemnity Insurance, and $20M of Public liability insurance. We are happy to provide a certificate of currency on request.
Does First Focus plan on expanding in the future?
First Foucs has a full pipeline of customers and prospects which will drive significant growth into the future. We are currently recruiting additional service desk and field engineers in Brisbane and Melbourne, and we have recently added signigicant service delivery maangement capacity in Sydney and Melbourne. Our Manilla office is also going to be expanded.
How many staff do you currently have?
We're growing quite rapidly, but at the start of 2010 we had over 110 full-time staff and contractors spread across most major Australian poulation centres.
