The Microsoft Small Business Specialist designation provides recognition of partners who specialise in the design, deployment and customisation of Small Business solutions using Microsoft technology. This designation reflects our experience in supporting and maintaining MS Small Business Server environments, and in supporting customers with up to 250 staff.
The Cisco Channel Partner Program is arguably the most respected program in the industry. Our Registered Cisco Partner status indicates our expertise in Local and Wide area network design, configuration, trouble-shooting, and support, and not only on Cisco products. Our Cisco certified staff have expertise and training in maintaining a variety of networking solutions such as Private networks, VPN solutions, load balancing and failover solutions, and more.
The effectiveness of your backup and security solutions are often entirely dependent on the quality of their configuration. Our preferred LAN security and backup solution consists of Corporate or Enterprise level Symantec Anti-virus, Symantec Mail Security and Symantec BackupExec or NetBackup software. First Focus is a Symantec software partner, indicating our expertise and long history deploying and maintaining Symantec products.
