Support

Our core business is supporting the networks, technical infrastructure, and staff of our customers. We currently support over 3000 end users and over 150 companies through regular outsourcing agreements or Support Plans.

Everything we do as an organisation is aimed at providing our clients with the best possible service and support; starting from our staff and company culture, and extending through the range of products and services we deliver.

Microsoft server and workstation environments are our emphasis, comprising 75% of the work we do. However, many of our clients also run hybrid Mac, Linux and Unix environments, and we have significant expertise in seamlessly joining these technologies with Microsoft based networks.

The majority of our clients have between 10 and 500 staff, and we fulfil a range of requirements from complete IT outsourcing solutions through to Ad-hoc support for organisations looking for an occasional helping hand.
