How many customers do you currently support?

We currently support over 3,000 end users in excess of 150 businesses.

Do you outsource your help desk or call centre overseas?

No. All our help desk staff work full time for us in Australia.

Can you provide field service in all areas of Australia?

Yes. We have permanent field service staff in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and we have a network of contractors able to provide on-site support under our direction in other capital cities.

Do you only support Microsoft operating systems?

No. While most of our customers run on Microsoft operating systems, we have significant experience in supporting Apple Macs, Linux, UNIX and Solaris systems.

Can you support my third party software system?

Yes. Almost all of our customers rely on software that is rare or unique to them. Our support experts understand a wide variety of business software systems, and we can normally resolve most third party software issues. If we cannot handle the problem, we are happy to escalate issues to vendors on your behalf, ensuring a rapid resolution.
