
How many customers do you currently support?
We currently support over 9,000 end users in excess of 150 businesses.
Do you outsource your help desk or call centre overseas?
No. All our help desk staff work full time for us in Australia.
Can you provide field service in all areas of Australia?
Yes. We can provide on-site SLAs to approximately 60 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. Services are provided by a combination of our own staff and our certified subcontractors.
Do you only support Microsoft operating systems?
No. While most of our customers run on Microsoft operating systems, we have significant experience in supporting Apple Macs, Linux, UNIX and Solaris systems.
Can you support my third party software system?
Yes. Almost all of our customers rely on software that is rare or unique to them. Our support experts understand a wide variety of business software systems, and we can normally resolve most third party software issues. If we cannot handle the problem, we are happy to escalate issues to vendors on your behalf, ensuring a rapid resolution.
