Merryl has been helping people make the most of technology since the 1980s. Although born and educated in Brisbane, her first roles in technology were in Scotland. In Glasgow, she worked for managed service providers providing outsourced technology services to small to medium-sized businesses. Over more than 15 years, she held various roles including training, pre-sales, account and project management.
In 2003, Merryl returned to Australia, where she worked for a Brisbane based managed service provider for over 13 years. Starting as an Account Manager, Merryl undertook multiple roles over the years, finally returning to a client facing consultancy role in 2015. This allowed Merryl to return to her passion of working with people to make the most of technology. In this role, she worked with businesses in Brisbane to implement continuous improvement and to embrace digital disruption.
Merryl joined First Focus in 2016 to develop the procurement and dispatch service teams. Merryl has a wealth of experience providing outsourced technology services and working with world-class managed service systems. In this role, she ensures we use the best technology and best practice, to provide a first class service to our clients.
