Two Adelaide Acquisitions in 6 months – First Focus doubles down on South Australian Market

Purchase of Adelaide based technology company Lettscom boosts SA capability and capacity for First Focus.

First Focus, Australia’s leading mid-market managed service provider, has announced its second South Australia acquisition for 2024. Following on from the purchase of Adelaide based technology business Enee earlier this year, Lettscom is the latest business to join First Focus.

Lettscom, a solutions design, managed service provider, and procurement specialist was founded by Brett Letts in 1999 and has built a strong brand locally and Australia wide through its innovative approach to delivering exceptional service quality.

First Focus CEO, Ross Sardi, explains the motivation behind the move:

Sardi also made it clear that the South Australian market continues to be a key focus.

“This partnership aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and our commitment to growth within the South Australian market. We have just signed off on a long-term lease in a new office in 70 Light Square, enabling our expanding Adelaide based team to regularly get together in a premium space.”

For his part, Brett Letts is set to take on the role of Technical Consultant at First Focus.

With the Lettscom team continuing with First Focus, the combined entity now has over 300 team members across Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, Ireland, and South Africa.

Lettscom is the first acquisition for First Focus in FY25, and the 8th overall for the business.
