First Focus Secures Top 5 in Techpartner.news Fast 50 for 2025

First Focus placed fifth in the Tech Partner News Fast 50 Awards last night, in a new system that compares technology companies within similar revenue brackets.

This ranking recognises strong and sustainable growth, but for us it represents more than momentum. It reflects the work our people put in every day, the trust our customers place in us, and the support we receive from our partners across Australia and New Zealand.

With AI transforming how businesses operate, organisations need an IT partner with the scale and expertise to guide them through change. Our growth strengthens our presence across every Australian state and New Zealand, while expanding our pod-based service delivery model that pairs each customer with a semi-dedicated team who knows their environment inside out. This allows us to build the depth needed to support customers with 50 to 200 seats across cloud, security, automation, and modern workplace technologies.

Over the past year we have focused on building the capabilities our customers have asked for. We’ve enhanced F-Connect, our management platform that gives customers full visibility into their IT landscape and enables real-time communication with our support engineers. We’ve refined our pod structure to ensure every customer works with 5 subject matter experts who understand their specific systems. And we’ve strengthened our dedicated transition team to ensure seamless onboarding with minimal disruption.

This growth benefits our customers directly. It means we can deliver on our same day SLA, maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction, and continue expanding our AI capabilities alongside our core IT support, security, cloud and connectivity services. For organisations operating across multiple states, having a single provider who can invoice in one currency and deliver uniform, SLA-backed service across ANZ simplifies IT management and ensures consistent support quality.

We want to thank our team for their energy and commitment, our customers for trusting us with their IT environments, and our partners for helping us deliver great outcomes together. This recognition is shared across all of you.

Looking ahead, we will continue investing in the capabilities that matter; maintaining the depth of expertise in each pod, expanding our national presence, and helping our customers navigate AI transformation effectively. We remain focused on being the IT department for mid-market organisations, delivering everything from support and security to strategy and procurement through a single, accountable partner who understands both the opportunities and challenges of an AI-driven future.
