First Focus has once again been certified with the Australian Computer Society’s Trustmark for Managed Services. First Focus was one of the first Managed Service Providers to receive this certification in 2018 and we’re pleased to have it back in addition to our three new ISO certifications to go with it.
The Australian Computer Society (ACS) Trust Mark program is designed to provide independent quality assurance over the internal procedures and controls of IT service providers.
In 2018, First Focus was the first Australian MSP to go through the accreditation process to receive the Trust Mark. As one of the first adopters of the ACS Trust Mark program, First Focus continues to strengthen its commitment to quality services through industry-recognised accreditation practices.
Over the three years since the accreditation, First Focus has grown, acquiring two new businesses – Flexnet and Ordyss – to enhance service delivery in enterprise-level managed services and unified communications.
While these acquisitions have helped grow the solutions First Focus can offer to clients, the renewal of the ACS Trust Mark demonstrates that these businesses have been fully integrated into the trusted service management processes measured by the ACS.
“Recognition under the scheme represents an independent assurance that these organisations have implemented and maintained appropriate customer interfaces, competence, project management, and document control as part of their commitment to understanding and meeting the service requirements of their customers,” said ACS Director of Workforce Planning & Development, Louise Smith.
