Brendan recently sat down with our CTO, Karl Richardson, for a live Ask Me Anything on AI in business.

Over an hour, Karl tackled real, practical questions from leaders working out where AI fits. He shared what’s worked at First Focus, including rolling out ChatGPT across our 350+ team, building our in-house AI assistant Sam, and using vibe coding to change how our developers deliver software. He was also upfront about what hasn’t worked, and what we’ve learnt along the way.

We’ve also been busy helping our clients do more with AI and automation, committing $100K through our AI Investment Fund to help clients turn AI ideas into measurable business outcomes – Karl covers those initiatives in detail during the session.
