Tie Networks has been acquired by First Focus. As a valued customer, you will continue to receive the same excellent service and support you’ve come to expect from the Tie Networks team, now backed by the broader capabilities and resources of First Focus, a national Managed Service Provider.
Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition, so you can expect the same high-quality service you’ve enjoyed at Tie Networks.
One of the key benefits of this acquisition is the enhancement of our support services. You now have access to a larger team of IT experts, extended support hours, and enhanced access to receiving support— such as through our F-Connect support portal and live chat support through MS Teams.
As part of this acquisition, Andrew Simpson, Managing Director of Tie Networks, along with the entire team, will be joining First Focus. Your IT support services will gradually transition to First Focus, but for now, you will still interact with the familiar Tie Networks team.

UpdateS FROM MAY 1 – Support Emails
All support emails will be sent from support@firstfocus.com.au. You will also notice that emails from the Tie Networks team will come from @firstfocus.com.au addresses. Please be assured that you can still send emails to existing Tie Networks addresses for the time being, and they will be forwarded to the appropriate First Focus address.
Additionally, as a customer, you’ll begin receiving invoices from First Focus (accounts@firstfocus.com.au), and there will be new associated bank details provided.
If you require a supplier form for onboarding First Focus as a new vendor, please email accounts@firstfocus.com.au for assistance.
