First Focus named top managed service provider in Australia for 2023

First Focus has held onto the #1 spot in the most recent edition of the Cloudtango MSP Select Australia 2023 awards, affirming our position as the leading MSP in Australia for a sixth year in a row.

Founded in 2017, the MSP Select awards have evolved to include the comprehensive screening and assessment of thousands of MSPs across the world. The award aims to highlight technical excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in the Australian MSP industry.

Cloudtango explains that its technical analysis focused on “cybersecurity, support, infrastructure, and cloud services” in 2023, with the MSPs listed demonstrating “an excellent track record delivering innovative IT solutions and services while exceeding customer expectations.”

The MSPs included in the Australian top 50 reflected: “positive trends in business growth, customer satisfaction, technical certifications, and continual service improvement.”

The process used by the review site when selecting the MSP Select Australia award winners involved reviewing more than 200 different types of certifications from 93 professional vendors – as well as client case studies, customer endorsements, and historical performance across a range of related areas.
