First Focus today announced that it has teamed up with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. to bring Zoom Phone to Australian organisations. Zoom Phone is a key component of Zoom’s leading Zoom One platform, which includes it’s renowned meeting and chat solutions.

As one of the authorised Zoom Phone Certified Integrators in Australia, First Focus is now able to offer a wider range of UC solutions, along with the support needed to help our clients make the most of their remote collaboration opportunities.

This breadth of expertise helps organisations looking to utilise a UC platform that’s been built from the ground up to support collaborative video meetings.

Head of Client Services at First Focus, Phillip Barton, says that being able to integrate Zoom Phone for clients is a big win for the managed service provider, expanding its capacity to deliver unified communications to clients with different requirements.
